Why being present is the most vital thing in your life?

This rule is the most important rule of all. In life. Without it you will never be able to think clearly, produce, be in love or have success. Without it you don’t exist.

Be Present

You must forget the past. Don’t dwell into future. Stop right now and let these words sink into you. This is a test. How long can you focus on this text. That is your only criteria to success. So much depends on this. Being present. Your focus. Your discipline. Your life. Your life exists only in now. Yet you struggle to read this text and most likely have been interrupted already now. A sound. A smell. A sudden flashback. A worry about forgetting.

Your brain is the same brain as your hunting ancestors had. It is build for long social recreations around fire. Bonding with others is what makes us human successful. We are in search of our tribe all the time. Then there are the intervals. The hunt. The excitement. The joy of being part of something playful, yet serious and challenging. Focus. Discipline. The emotion. The passion. This is what we crave for. You know this. You want this. The real life. The real you.

"You forget everything and are in flow, synchronized with yourself and you surroundings. You forget your ego and its worries. You become whole." -Max Noble

Truth of First Impression. You are not present. This is the common theme of a contemporary man. You are either being sad or joyous about the past or plan or worry about future. It is a rare moment that we found ourselves being present. Yet this is the key to your life. Your life exists only in now. When making First Impressions, your first and most important duty is to be present. Only this way you can take others in. Only in this way you can read others and react accordingly. Only by being present, you can create pleasant moments to others. You need to stop the time by ending the endless chatter in your head. Love the now and the life will love you back.

Final Note. Being present is hard in the modern world, but it is also one of the most rewarding things. You forget everything and are in flow, synchronized with yourself and you surroundings. You forget your ego and its worries. You become whole.
