Your duty is to be a naïve child when dreaming, being visionary and setting your goals. -Max Noble
Your life starts with a cry. Small children do not think what they deserve. They cry when they feel to do so. And parents do whatever is required to stop the wailing. Then we grow and the parents get tired of the battle and start to educate their child. You stop crying, because your parents find better ways to influence you. Reasoning being their biggest cannon. You cannot do that because… You listen and become more and more reasonable. A grown up cannot just start crying when they do not get what they want or are bored. This magic word of reasoning has it’s consequences. We, the grown ups, limit ourselves. We do it so much that we become marionettes of others expectations. We loose ourselves. This is why the grown ups are so boring and stressed out. Because they reason.
You need to understand this: If you want success in life you need the bravado of a child. Request. Say it out loud to yourself. Set a goal and do it. Stop being a bore and conformist. Your duty is to be a naïve child when dreaming, being visionary and setting your goals. Because you know it in the deepest place of you. Only the child in you knows what you really want. The boring adult in you? That is the enemy of success. When you listen your reason, you became reasonable. You set reasonable goals. You choose to work reasonably with reasonable people. Your life becomes reasonable.
To succeed you need to act like a child. Kill the boring adult in you for a moment and gain success. Full stop.
